Characteristics of the Wine
Colour • Medium intensity. Pale greenish yellow. Bright.
Nose • Intense and complex. Smokey notes, bread crust, citrus, white flowers, acacia, verbena.
Palate • Fresh attack. Tasty evolution in the mouth. Persistent finish with mint notes.
Harvesting by hand over several stages, choosing the finest grapes grown in Las Canteras and El Plano vineyards. Fermented in barrels, the lees were roused by regular bâtonnages throughout the barrique-ageing process.
